One Time Consultation – Two hour meeting to assist you in developing your event - establishing a budget, identifying your preferences and ideas, giving direction as well as resources and ideas that you can pursue after the meeting.
- Assistance in defining event vision
- Establishing and outlining a budget as well suggestions for cost and time efficiencies
- Developing timeline
- Recommending vendors
Day of Event Service - You plan it and Pizazz executes it. This level of service includes:
- One meeting two weeks prior to event to review event plan and Pizazz’s role
- Final confirmations with event vendors
- Day of event coordination
- On-site troubleshooting
- Supervision of vendor set up, breakdown and clean up at end of event
- Distribution of any final payments

Full-Scale Planning -To ensure your event is a success, Pizazz Planning offers a full-scale planning service. This means that we handle everything from inception to completion. From defining your event vision and giving you multiple themes and possibilities to establishing your event budget and producing your event within budget. This high-level of service gives you access to a Pizazz Planner throughout your planning process to provide insight and feedback. Additionally, a Pizazz Planner will be on-site the day of the event to coordinate things, troubleshoot, supervise and assist with anything you may need.
